Programs
Each year there are two events where all our sisters across Oklahoma and Texas come together to develop our leadership skills, network with alumni, and foster the betterment of our sisterhood bonds.
National Convention
Lambda Delta Psi’s National Convention is held at the beginning of August, before the start of the fall academic semester. Our undergraduate sisters are able to participate in a variety of workshops that focus on leadership, communication skills, and self-improvement. Our alumni also join us to help guide our younger sisters by giving advice and providing networking opportunities for professional development. Most importantly, it gives our undergraduate sisters and alumni a chance to come together for a fun-filled weekend of sisterhood.
Chapter Recognition Awards
The following awards are presented every year at our National Convention. These awards are meant to honor and uphold our tenets. The Chapter of the Year is also inclusive of all sister chapters, promotes sisterhood through social media, and attends all national events.

Mid-Year Retreat
The Mid-Year Retreat is held once a year at the beginning of January, before the start of the spring academic semester. The weekend we come together for a relaxing weekend of bonding activities and hanging out with all our sisters.
